Resume option is not working in Success Factors LMS
Hi,
We have created scorm file in Storyline 360 with 2004 4th Edition, we have given the prompt to resume option.
This course contains total 90 slides, there is issue of stopping the course at ...

Hi Frank,
A few other tips to try are shared in this article below if you're running into suspend data issues.
Storyline: Exceeding SCORM Suspend Data Limits

Reduce the number of slides until the resume feature works as expected. The limit will vary, depending on a variety of factors. You'll need to test your content in your LMS to verify.

Disable the resume feature in Storyline.

Republish your course for SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition, both of which support much longer suspend data.
You can also try testing the course in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, as the issue may be specific to Success Factors and worth reaching out to them to share any helpful insight!
