Review 360 - Adding Reviewers Crashes Webpage
Hello everyone,
First time posting here so forgive me if this is the wrong place! Long story short, when I click request review and try to add reviewers, the entire webpage freezes. Sometimes I can type the name and after about 15-30 seconds it will populate but that happens every time and sometimes will crash the page altogether. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so how do I reach out to support to look into it?

- Firefox

Thanks for reaching out! I'm not able to experience this behavior when testing this on my end.
- You mentioned you are using Chrome and Firefox. Are you running the latest versions of these browsers?
- Do you notice this freezing behavior if you use an incognito window?
- Is this happening with multiple courses published to Review 360, or just this one?
- Are you currently using a VPN on your device? I'm curious if that is impacting your experience.
As a troubleshooting step, please make sure your browser settings and network endpoints are correctly set up so you can properly experience Review 360.
If you're still experiencing this freezing behavior, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a screen recording of this in action to investigate further. You can share this in this thread or privately in a support case.

- Are you currently using a VPN on your device? I'm curious if that is impacting your experience. I do run my VPN but I tried it without and it still had the issue.
I also checked the browser settings/endpoints and they look to be accurate.
