Hello!

Thanks for getting back to me.

  • You mentioned you are using Chrome and Firefox. Are you running the latest versions of these browsers? Yes
    • Do you notice this freezing behavior if you use an incognito window? Yes
  • Is this happening with multiple courses published to Review 360, or just this one? All courses I have tried have had this issue.
  • Are you currently using a VPN on your device? I'm curious if that is impacting your experience. I do run my VPN but I tried it without and it still had the issue.

I also checked the browser settings/endpoints and they look to be accurate.
