Review 360 Comments Disappearing and Timing Out

Hi!

We've been having issues with our reviewers leaving comments and then they disappear. We've also been having issues with frequent Time Out errors with an "Oops" error screen.

The comments disappearing has been happening for the past few months and not sure if it's a bug. We had one of our reviewers recently say "When I hit post, they are disappearing."

We're testing out using the Review Request feature instead of the general Review 360 links, but wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing this and what the solve was.
