Review 360 Comments not showing up
I received numerous emails of comments made from my SME on a course I sent, when i open up in review 360, there are only 3 comments appearing. I have cleared cache and refreshed.. nothing. I have no idea what part of my course these comments go with.

Hi Kelly I am having the same problem and other issues with resolved comments disappearing completely. I have submitted a case using the link below. I would recommend you do the same as it sounds like it is not an isolated issue as we are both experiencing.

I am having the same issue. I received a few emails about new comments, but when I log in to my review account, they aren't populating under "Feedback." These are new "unread comments," so I'm not entirely sure which section they are from.

I'm having a similar issue. The previous version of this course has several unresolved comments. When I published the new version of this course only 3 of the comments show up. If I change back to the previous version the comments appear.

No real resolution, unfortunately. Essentially, they told me that someone had my older version opened and didn't hit refresh. I had to go back to find the version they commented on to find them.
