Review 360 issue

I am new to Articulate 360 - When I publish my course in Review 360 to share with the requestor the menu and Resources show up in the player, however the Glossary is missing. I checked the settings an I have it checked in Player and it is showing as added to all slides. What am I missing that  its not appearing?  Is there a limit to entries? or characters?

Hello Patty, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ⭐️

It sounds like you don't see the built-in glossary player tab after publishing your course to Review 360; happy to help!

If you're comfortable sharing your .story file, I'd love to help investigate why this is happening. Feel free to use the Add Attachment button to share it publicly here, or use this link to share it only with me. I'll delete once done testing.

Looking forward to your response so we can continue troubleshooting!

  • Hi! Was this issue ever addressed/resolved? I'm experiencing the same thing on a project where the Glossary is populated and is selected in the Player (and shows up in the Player preview) but does not show up when previewing screens in the app or in Review 360.

  • Please ignore. I figured it out. Slide Properties can be used to show/hide the Glossary (and other features) on each slides. I had it turned off on the Get Started page. Thanks!
