Review 360 Stuck - This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.
I am currently trying to replace this video with a new one and I am getting the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." It has been stuck on this message for an hour. The video is only 117 mb.

Hi Mario!
So sorry for the trouble this is causing! We've identified an outage with one of our service providers, causing intermittent errors when uploading content to Review 360.
I'll be sure to update this discussion when this outage is resolved.

Me, too! This is happening for new courses that are being published for the first time. I was actually reviewing another course earlier this morning without issue, but now it seems to be not working.
