Review 360 Stuck - This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.

Hello-I published a Storyline 360 course to Review 360, tested it on Friday, 6.11.21 and it was working. It is now stuck with the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." I do not see an error message that the site is down. My stakeholders are reviewing today. Here's the link: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/8e24d43c-bdbe-4b2d-b695-0ca3b045afdc/review

      Hi Wei Wu,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing to Review 360 as well.

If this is your first time publishing to Review 360, ensure that your organization is set up to allow connections to all of Articulate's endpoints. This step is important since uploading courses to Review 360 would be blocked otherwise.

If this isn't your first time publishing to Review 360, try publishing a blank course to isolate if the behavior is happening to all of your courses. If all courses are affected, do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to fix the issue. If only a few courses are unable to be published to Review 360, please share a copy of the affected project file/s here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

  • Hello, I got the dreaded message this morning. Actually, this is the second time in as as many weeks that I've had it. I don't think this is anything to do with outages, network endpoints or bad versions of SL. I know this because if I open up a brand new project and create a simple slide and upload it to Review360, it works perfectly. But when I go back to the large project I am working on and try to upload that to Review360, I get the dreaded message below.

I have a sneaky feeling that it may be to do with the fact I am using a SL template that I have previously uploaded to Review360. To explain further... about a month ago, I created a SL360 project from scratch, uploaded it to Review360 and all was fine. A few days ago, I copy and pasted that same SL360 file, renamed it, redesigned the content and when I uploaded it to Review360 as a new project....bam! 'This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready'. :(

I can't help but feel that because I am copy and pasting and renaming a previously uploaded SL360 file, it causes a gremlin in the system. @Articulate - am I on to something?

P.S. The reason I copy and paste and rename SL files is because it would take me a long time to start each project with a brand new blank SL file. This is becasue I would have to download all my organisation's assets, logos, branding, images etc to the new file every time. I have also created my own course player which I do not want to have to recreate every time I start a new project. So, in the interest of efficiency, I copy and paste SL files and just repurpose them.
