Review 360 Stuck - This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.
Hello-I published a Storyline 360 course to Review 360, tested it on Friday, 6.11.21 and it was working. It is now stuck with the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." I do not see an error message that the site is down. My stakeholders are reviewing today. Here's the link: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/8e24d43c-bdbe-4b2d-b695-0ca3b045afdc/review

I have this problem now in our project. What is the solution please?
Hi ThiKhanhLinhTHA,
I'm happy to share that this issue has been resolved!
Storyline content uploaded to Review 360 now loads as expected. We'll continue to monitor performance to ensure everything remains stable.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
Hi ThiKhanhLinhTHA,
I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback when publishing to Review 360!
We're investigating an issue where some Review 360 items fail to load. This is impacting newly uploaded Storyline courses. Existing content continues to work as expected. Creators may see a loading error or be unable to open newly published content in Review 360.
We're actively working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as we have more information. You can subscribe to real-time status updates, by clicking the 'Subscribe to Updates' button on our status page.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Hello, I got the dreaded message this morning. Actually, this is the second time in as as many weeks that I've had it. I don't think this is anything to do with outages, network endpoints or bad versions of SL. I know this because if I open up a brand new project and create a simple slide and upload it to Review360, it works perfectly. But when I go back to the large project I am working on and try to upload that to Review360, I get the dreaded message below.
I have a sneaky feeling that it may be to do with the fact I am using a SL template that I have previously uploaded to Review360. To explain further... about a month ago, I created a SL360 project from scratch, uploaded it to Review360 and all was fine. A few days ago, I copy and pasted that same SL360 file, renamed it, redesigned the content and when I uploaded it to Review360 as a new project....bam! 'This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready'. :(
I can't help but feel that because I am copy and pasting and renaming a previously uploaded SL360 file, it causes a gremlin in the system. @Articulate - am I on to something?
P.S. The reason I copy and paste and rename SL files is because it would take me a long time to start each project with a brand new blank SL file. This is becasue I would have to download all my organisation's assets, logos, branding, images etc to the new file every time. I have also created my own course player which I do not want to have to recreate every time I start a new project. So, in the interest of efficiency, I copy and paste SL files and just repurpose them.

I am also having trouble in my course. Can you help me to fix it? Thanks!
Hi Wei Wu,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing to Review 360 as well.
If this is your first time publishing to Review 360, ensure that your organization is set up to allow connections to all of Articulate's endpoints. This step is important since uploading courses to Review 360 would be blocked otherwise.
If this isn't your first time publishing to Review 360, try publishing a blank course to isolate if the behavior is happening to all of your courses. If all courses are affected, do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to fix the issue. If only a few courses are unable to be published to Review 360, please share a copy of the affected project file/s here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Same issue. All uploads say “This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.”

I am having this idential problem. My install is up-to-date and it's now October 2022. I can see posts about this issue going back 5 years. Please, no happy-smiley replies unless they are to describe an actual fix. I note that Articulate have raised their prices but not their game...
Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear that you encountered a similar issue.
Not all causes of the behavior are the same, so we need to investigate a little bit to identify the fix for each project file that encounters the issue. I opened a case on your behalf, and our support team will be reaching out shortly to help with your project file.
Hi Dave,
Sounds like the issue is with the existing course, since publishing to a new course and manually uploading works without any issues for you. I got you in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look at your published course. They'll be reaching out to you shortly!

Was this issue ever resolved? Is the a fix? If I publish the course to as a new course (or manually upload), it works. When try to overwrite with a new version, I receive the message. The new course could work as a solution but I already have 75 client comments in the first one. Asking them to compare the two versions does not make Storyline or me look very good.

Hi Jen!
I apologize that Review 360 is not working for you today.
I tested this on my end and was able to publish a course to Review 360 and view it (in updated Chrome browser). We do not have an outage reported with Review 360; you can check the status here.
- Are you experiencing this issue with one specific or multiple files?
- What browser are you using to view the course in Review 360, or is this happening in several browsers?
If this issue happens with one particular file, you can share it with us in a case so we can troubleshoot further.

I am seeing this issue today. Is Review 360 experiencing an outage, or is it something on my end?
