Review 360 Stuck - This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.
Hello-I published a Storyline 360 course to Review 360, tested it on Friday, 6.11.21 and it was working. It is now stuck with the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." I do not see an error message that the site is down. Is this happening with every file you attempt to publish to Review 360, or a specific one?
As Leslie mentioned above, we had an incident a few weeks ago, but Review 360 has been working without any issues since then. You can check the status here.
If you're still experiencing this and it's on a specific file, I recommend sharing the .story file with us through a case so we can investigate this further.
I also wanted to add a quick note: it looks like your signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove it by clicking 'Edit' below your response. Here's a quick Peek 360 video if you need help.

Greetings I am having issues with my project in Storyline. Upon publishing my project I receive a message that states: "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." Please help.

Hello! I'll add my voice to the chorus. I'm publishing a single slide with one button on it to add to a Rise course (needed to execute JavaScript). This is my first time experiencing this issue. I tried republishing an update and it's still happening.

I'm having the same issue. Tried publishing in Review a few times, but it just keeps showing the "item still processing....." message.

Uh. All services are NOT operational!
I can still not publish to Articulate Review and it hangs up at the same place.
