I also wanted to let you know that we do have a feature request for this, and I've gone ahead and added your voice to the report we're tracking!
Thank you Becca, it would be a useful adaptation to the feature. In my case, this quiz focuses around student alcohol consumption so neither answer is correct/incorrect.
