Review Quiz shows answers are incorrect when they are correct

We have been experiencing the same issue. We have certification tests built in Studio 360 with the latest version (Build 5.31.29403.0). The tests are set to submit all answers at once and are published in HTML 5. We use a Docebo LMS and publish to SCORM 2004 3rd Edition for reporting and tracking purposes in our LMS. The issue continues to be isolated and very difficult to recreate, it is not always the same questions, the same certification test, the same user, or the same machine. It seems to be very random and we did not experience this when we published to Flash. Our users access our LMS through Microsoft Edge. Has there been any resolution to this known issue?
