Review360 Experience Differs by Reviewer
I am encountering an issue with a Storyline file that is being reviewed by several people. As they review the file in Review360, they document different issues and experiences with the course. For example, one reviewer doesn't hear audio on slides with Text-to-Speech. Another documented that the Text-to-Speech narration just stops on slides for no reason. Another documented differences in the course navigation.
Is this an issue with Review360 or my Storyline course? I cannot replicate these issues when I review the file in Review360.

The variance could be the result of different things, but I would start by asking each reviewer to note which browser is in use; whether or not the cookies for the Review360 site have been cleared; what other (and how many) browser tabs are open; and what other programs are running at the same time that they are trying to review the course.
All of these issues could be affecting how an individual is able to see / complete the course.
