Reviewers Can't Leave Comments
Even after sharing the preview link to my course, non-articulate users are unable to leave comments, even though the discussion board says it's possible. Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks!

Your screenshot indicates that you are using the SHARE link.
That share link only provides access to the course contents.
You need to click on REVIEW, and then publish your course to the Review 360 site.
Once you have published your course, you can view your course on Review 360. You will see an area on the right-hand side where reviewers can leave comments.
To provide reviewers access to the course, click on SHARE and copy the shareable link.
Hi Meredith! Adding to Karl’s suggestion, you may refer to this article for details on how to publish your Rise 360 course to Review 360.
Once published to Review 360, your reviewers can then leave comments on your course. As discussed in the above article, if your reviewers don’t have Articulate accounts, you can mark the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment. Reviewers will still be prompted to enter their email addresses so you can identify their comments and they can receive discussion notifications.
