Hi, Jürgen. Thank you for the reply. Yes we are using Scorm 1.2. However, the module using this is small. it has 8 total slides, one of which is a "draw from questions slide" with 12 total questions that have a randomly chosen order every time the course is taken. I'm not sure if it qualifies for the Scorm 1.2 issue you shared because of it's size, but it might.

I'm happy to jump in here! I agree with Jürgen's suggestion to use SCORM 2004 (3rd or 4th Edition) because it has a longer suspend data limit. When revisiting the slide, what you're seeing may be caused by the course exceeding that limit. Please see the article below for details:
