Rise - Slow and Unable to edit
Hi, everyone!
Is anyone else having issues with editing in Rise right now? My Microlearning course is slow to load and text is over-writing rather than replacing old text.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
We're not seeing this issue being reported by other users so there's a chance that this incident is isolated. No incidents are also being reported here on our status page.
As a troubleshooting step, try the following to see if this helps address the behavior
- Clear your browser's cache
- Use a different browser for editing your Rise 360 Microlearning courses
- Use incognito/private mode to isolate if a browser extension is causing the performance issues. You may have a plugin that checks all the text in your course, and this could cause the browser to perform slowly.
If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at the behavior.
