Rise - Upload Video Error

I am trying to upload a video to rise and keep getting an "error" with no further information. I am using chrome as my browser and the video itself is 2.43GB, which i believe is under the ...
Same issue here too with PC. I've tried Chrome and Edge, Cleared Cache/History, restarted my computer, etc. Embed works, but upload (video or image) does not regardless of the file name/characters. The only thing that I can find that works is Chrome on a Mac.
