Rise 360 - Quiz

I have three tries on quiz's created on Rise 360, if these are failed there seems no way to go back and complete the training again to then re-try the quiz? Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

    Hi Megan, 

    Happy to chime in!

    What you're currently experiencing is the expected behavior for quizzes in Rise 360. If a quiz in Rise 360 is set to have limited retries, once the learner fails and reaches the maximum retries for the quiz, then they can't take the quiz again.

    If the quiz is set to Require Passing Score To Continue, then the learner won't be able to move forward to the next lesson. You can allow the learner to retry on the LMS itself, but you'll need to check with your LMS support team to see how attempts can be reset. 

    There isn't a way to retry or reset the quiz once this maximum retry is met within Rise 360. We're tracking requests for this feature and will let you know once this makes it to our product roadmap.
