Uploading Articulate Courses into LinkedIn Learning
Hi All,
My company is creating custom training and courses, using Articulate 360 to create the learning and LinkedIn Learning to host it.
I have created courses in Rise360 and Storyline 360 and am having trouble uploading those directly into LinkedIn Learning. I have been told that this is impossible, as LinkedIn Learning only allows custom documents and videos to be uploaded. However, I want to 100% confirm before moving onto the next best thing, which I assume is hosting the courses on the web.
Has anyone had experience with the linkages of Articulate 360 and LinkedIn Learning? Any advice is greatly appreciated!.

Hello!
You’ve got it right—LinkedIn Learning does not support direct uploads of Rise360 or Storyline 360 courses. LinkedIn Learning primarily accepts videos and documents1. However, you can still share your courses by hosting them on the web and then linking to them from LinkedIn Learning.

Does this also hold for adding a link to our Storyline 360 review in the LinkedIn Featured section where you can add links to send viewers to a website? I use to be able to do that and now it says it can't retrieve the info from the link.
Hi rmatthews21,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see Kendal replied to your post here. Please let us know if that does the trick. If not, I would test if this is happening with all courses or just one.

Thank you for replying, but they mentioned steps I did, but we both agree it may not be able to linked in the Featured Area. I am grateful for their response.
Do you know a way to make the link work in the Featured Area in LinkedIn.
I may have to make a video llink where I am clicking through the course. 😞

You're correct that LinkedIn Learning doesn’t support direct uploads of Articulate 360 courses. A good workaround is to host your courses externally and link them in LinkedIn Learning. Another option might be to record a video walkthrough of the course to upload, or add a link in the LinkedIn "Featured" section to guide users to the course hosted on your website.
