RISE 360- Loading cover photos: I just see blank boxes with an 'Upload' button displayed

Hello,

I have been facing this issue for a long time..Always worked with other image sources I have.

But, here is the concern:

When I click to upload Cover Page to my RISE 360 Course, I get this screen with squares with no images  just an upload button. Changing the browsers didn't help (chrome, edge)

    Hi Daya,

    Do you have the same problem when looking for images in the Content Library?

    Yes! I am totally clueless...not able to use any images from Articulate.

      Hi Daya!

      First you'll want to make sure you're using the latest version of a supported browser for Rise authoring.

      I'd also suggest working with your IT team to ensure all the network endpoints and ports listed here are whitelisted.
