Rise 360 & Review 360 Interactive Storyline
Hello!
I created a slide with a video on Storyline 360 from the storyline library and published it in Review 360. If I go to Review, I can see the slide published, but when I go to Rise 360 to insert the "Storyline 360 interaction from Review 360," it does not show the content. This hasn't happened to me before; I don't know what I am doing incorrectly. I'm attaching two images; the first one is when I go to Review 360, I see the slide I want to upload to Rise, the second image is when I go to Rise and select to browse Review 360.
I'll appreciate the help.
Hello, Minor. Is it possible that the very first frame of the video on the slide is black? What happens when you insert the Storyline block; will it display properly in Rise 360?
