Rise 360 courses with limited attempts

Hi,

I created a Rise 360 assessment.  The assessment is limited to two attempts.  A user was able to attempt the assessment (after fully completing it) 4 times.  The LMS is Successfactors and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anything within the LMS that needs to be "configured" for this type of assessment. The administrator said since it is a SCORM file - that is what dictates the attempt # - not the LMS settings. Anyone have any guidance?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The only built-in restriction available for Rise 360 courses is the limiting of quiz retries in the Quiz Settings. 

    Have you tried changing this setting to allow your learners only 2 attempts at passing your assessment/quiz before they get a failed mark?
