Rise 360 Issues after Update

When creating lessons and new sections in Rise when I hit "enter" is get the processing dialog for a few minutes and then it freezes. I am unable to use the Shift + Enter to create a new section.  Is this a glitch?

    Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern, especially since you noticed this behavior after a recent update.

    I tested this on my end and wasn't able to reproduce the behavior when using Shift + Enter to create a new section in Rise 360.

    To help narrow down what's happening, could you let us know:

    • Which browser and version you're using? If possible, please also let us know whether the behavior persists when using a different, updated browser.
    • Does the issue occur in multiple Rise 360 courses or only one specific course?
    • Have you tried using an incognito/private browsing window?

     

    If you can capture a screen recording of the issue, we'd love to take a look. You're welcome to share it here or privately in a support case.

    Once we have a bit more information, we'll be happy to investigate further.
