Rise 360 Microlearning Brightspace Integration Issue
Hello!
I am an instructor building an online course in D2L Brightspace. I have attempted to import multiple microlearnings into the same D2L course. However, every separate link defaults to the last microlearning upload. So, if I have a microlearning in Week 1 and in Week 2, and I uploaded the Week 2 version last, the Week 1 link will show Week 2's microlearning.
At first, when I cleared my browsing data, it fixed the issue. However, this is no longer working. Are there specific settings I can use so my students don't run into this problem?

It sounds like you're having caching issues in your LMS. Please check with your LMS administrator to see if you can clear the system cache right after uploading a new course version. You can also test your course in another LMS like SCORM Cloud to verify if the behavior is isolated to your LMS. To address your last question, there isn't an option in Rise 360 to force the course to clear any older content, but uploading your content as a new course instead of uploading the the same course should also fix this issue.
