Rise 360 Mobile Devices

I have several photos built into an accordion interaction. The zoom feature is turned on for these photos. When testing the course via the review link, the functionality of the zoom feature works on a laptop/desktop but does not work on mobile devices. 

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!

    We're tracking a possible software bug where zooming on images isn't working while displayed on iOS devices. Which device are you viewing the course on? Have you tried a different browser?

    If you'd like to share your course with our team so we can determine if it's affected by this bug or not, please submit a support case. We'll delete your files from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

      KellyAuner has there been any updates on this?  We are seeing similar things when it comes to zooming images on mobile devices for RISE courses that we are importing into a LMS.

      We have tried different image formats (JPG/PNG), have tried resizing our images and also added _NOPROCESS_ to the filename to see if it would help.  We have also tried different output formats for the LMS, SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI thus far.  xAPI seems to worok the best in comparison, but they all are having issues.

      Essentially when selecting an image in many cases (by tapping on it) and then zooming in with your fingers, it will crash the module with the attachment I included in this post.  I am kind of at a loss for what else we can try here! 

      All of our staff that use mobile devices do have iOS devices and typically would be using Safari.  I have also tried with Chrome (worse results).  This post was from 7 months ago where you were tracking a bug - I am extremely concerned if such time has elapsed and you haven't resolved this issue!

        Sorry to hear you're also experiencing this setback with zoomed images from Rise 360, on mobile devices!
