Rise 360 Quiz Problem with Test Score for Matching Exercise
I have created a quiz with 8 questions using the Matching function. If I answer all the questions correctly the test score is 100%. However if I fail to answer all the questions correctly, regardless of how many I get right, the test score is always 0%.
Have any other users experienced this and is there a solution?

Hi there, Stephen. When you have a matching question, the entire question will be marked incorrect if not all of the matches are made.
Each question answered correctly, however, should count toward your total score. I tested in SCORM Cloud and using the Share link, and my correctly answered questions (with all matches correct), were included in my final quiz score.

Hello Crystal, just to be absolutely sure I understand well, you are speaking of several questions containing one or more matches. But in one matching question if you have for exemple 4 choices and 4 matches, is it possible to gain a partial score if you match 2 of those correctly ?

No, that wouldn't be possible. You would have to match all 4 choices to get a correct mark for that question.
