Rise 360 SCORM packages (via Review 360) are playing automatically.

Hello! Hopefully someone has encountered this issue and can help me.

I created a module in Rise 360 which uses some SCORM packages that I published to Review 360. The structure of the module goes video, SCORM, knowledge check, SCORM, knowledge check.

However, when published and uploaded to LMS, all of the SCORM packages begin to play at once, and all of the audio is overlapping each other. I do not see any setting within Rise to turn off autoplay or anything like that.

Anyone encountered a similar issue? Any idea on how to troubleshoot?

    Hi,

    SCORM packages cannot be published to Review 360. You also cannot insert a SCORM package into a Rise course. A SCORM package is created when you publish an entire Rise course for use in a LMS (ZIP file output).

    I suspect you are referring to a Storyline project

      Yes, let me reclarify - I inserted a Storyline project that was published to Review 360, which you are able to upload to a Rise project. When I do this, they all start to play automatically.

        Add a Continue divider below each Storyline block.
