Rise 360 video upload error

Every time I try to upload a video to Rise, I get an error message. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Same issue for me. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I've tried clearing cache and incognito mode too...both suggested by Rise in the past. Still no luck :(

      Hi Kate! Sorry to hear that clearing your cache and going into Incognito didn't help. Please ensure that the browser you are using is updated. If it already is, and you're still getting the error, please open a support case with us here.

    Hi Christian!

    I understand that every time you try to upload a video in Rise, you're getting an error message. 

    Please try these:

    -Please make sure that the supported browser you are using is updated. Try other supported browsers and see if the error is browser-specific.

    - Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior, Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
