Rise and "exit course" button

Hello, Is there an 'exit course" button in Rise?  Once in the LMS, it seems there isn't a way for students to exit the program. Thank you! Holly

Thanks Crystal. Any idea how the attached could happen? The learners are forced to follow the course linearly with no option to skip to the assessment and yet this screenshot shows the first half of the lessons aren't completed?

Hi Thalia, I am here to help. Were the learners who experienced the issue using a mobile device? Is this happening to all of your learners? Are you able to recreate the issue on your side?

    Hi Chino,
    Yes they were on mobile device. No we've not been able to replicate: it is happening to about 0.5% of our learners. However, affecting any learners is one too many!

      Thank you. Is it happening to an apple device, android, or both? When they close the course, are they swiping up? Here is an article about swiping up for apple devices.

        Thanks Chino - I think this is now overlapping with another case and lovely Shiela has revealed "the SCORMdriver was updated from 5.1.1 to 7.7.0 but there were some issues with tracking and blank pages in some LMSs which Articulate fixed on April 29, 2021". As the examples I've given pre-date that repair, I think it must be related!

        p.s. our learners should not be force closing their browser (using the apple swipe up system) - does this prevent a result recording (I suspect so)?
