Rise continue button not enabling after Storyline block completed

Hello ShannonMarciano​, 

I understand you're the only person on your team impacted by this Continue Block behavior when viewing your Rise 360 course in Review 360. Happy to help!

  • You mentioned this occurs for you in Review 360. Do you also see this when previewing your course in Rise 360?

 

  • What browser are you currently using? Do you notice this behavior if you use an incognito window? 

 

  • Are you experiencing this in any other Rise 360 courses, or just this one? 
    • If this happens for more than one course on your device, I suggest checking your browser settings and clearing your browser's cache if necessary. 

 

As I shared with others in this thread, it would be helpful if you could share a screen recording and a copy of your course in this thread or privately in a support case.

Thanks for the reply. I tried in several browsers and also in Cognito mode. I'll try in Rise360 and clearing my browser history. Stay tuned.

    Cleared browser history and ran through in Rise 360. Still not activating the Continue button for me. I'll open a support case and share the course there.
