Rise continue button not enabling after Storyline block completed
- 13 days ago
Hi MarkGray-66105b and MichaelT1,
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.103.35301.0, we’ve included important fixes. One of the bugs we’ve fixed:
- Completing a Storyline 360 block added to a Rise 360 course didn’t enable the continue block.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help.
Hey Alyssa,
I was having a similar issue but was able to resolve with your steps! Thank you :)

Hi Steven,
I can see that a couple of months have passed since this previous message, but I'm having the same issue now. I've tried the steps suggested earlier, but for me, it did not solve the problem. The CONTINUE button does not activate :-(. Any suggestions? - Thanks in advance!

Hi RekaFay-d97a293!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Storyline Blocks from your Rise 360 lesson!
It would be helpful to know how you were viewing the course when you ran into this behavior. While previewing within Rise 360, or after publishing to an LMS? Also, can the issue be replicated across all supported browsers?
If you're comfortable sharing the .story file that was used, we'd be happy to take a closer look and test it on our end. Feel free to attach a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
