What you're seeing is expected due to how Rise 360 displays header images. Because Rise 360 content is fully responsive, your header image may appear with different dimensions as it adapts to different screen sizes and device orientations. As a result, there isn't a single set of image dimensions that will prevent cropping in every situation.
