Rise: Image resolution issues
We've always had some issues with uploaded images not being very crisp and clear inside of Rise. You can really notice it on screen shots. We notice low resolution no matter which type of block we up...

this was the findings, still not up to our standards of clarity on screenshots
1) 300 DPI image
- When I uploaded this file without the _NOPROCESS_ tag on the filename, the image seems to be a bit blurry even when zoomed
- When I added the _NOPROCESS_ tag to the filename, the quality has drastically improved.
2) 72 DPI image
- When I uploaded this file without the _NOPROCESS_ tag on the filename, the image seems to be a bit blurry even when zoomed
- When I added the _NOPROCESS_ tag to the filename, the quality has drastically improved. But the 300 DPI has better quality.
It is expected that the quality of the image when not on Zoom is degraded, which is why it is advisable to enable the Zoom capability on the image.
