Rise issue still not solved
Despite the discussion threads being marked as solved and the status report saying that "Rise 360 access has been restored and is fully functional" we are still getting the same message and are unable to work with Rise.

Yes, still having issues - I can get in but error message keeps appearing and it is not retaining my changes.

I can confirm that Rise 360 is back down. We are working on a permanent fix, and I'll share updates as soon as they're available. We've updated the status page to reflect this situation.
