Rise Lesson Headers - font colours changed over the weekend

Hi there

I've logged a Support Case request for this issue but we need a fast resolution so I am posting here too.

Over the weekend, the Lesson Header Titles for all of our Rise courses (hundreds of courses used by thousands of staff) changed from white text to a dark colour that is not readable against the background (Accent Full). 

Rise have not indicated that there was an update over the weekend but I am suspecting there is as we also noticed a couple of new icons (search, menu).

We need our files to be reset so the text displays in white asap.  

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?  Any suggestions?

  • This happened to several of our courses also.

    The block had a blue background with white text. Now the background is white with white text. My coworker has not made any changes her course.
    We're not sure what happened.

      Thanks for sharing this, RebeccaRoehm-ed. Since this involves existing content changing without edits, the best next step is to open a support case so the team can look at one of your affected courses directly.

      If you reference this thread and include a sample course, they’ll be able to investigate what’s happening in your account and help get things back to normal.

  • It seems that over the weekend the Lesson Headers have all been changed:

    • from Accent Full to Light based on the outlining (indicating the choice in use)
    • Light should not have a coloured background.

      I have had the same thing happen recently with a number of our courses.

        Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback while authoring in Rise 360!

        I noticed that you've already opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Robert. Smart move! It looks like he replied to your e-mail requesting a sample of the affected course.

        You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with Robert and we can continue the conversation through your case!

    I just did a quick check and I'm not seeing any changes.

    Which Theme are you using?
