RISE ownership and archival
Greetings,
I have a few inquiries for RISE:
- If a license owner leaves the company (or similar situation), who had all of their courses in their account, is there a way to get these back and/or to transfer ownership?
- Is there a way to archive a RISE course for later use, considering that there's isn't a way to download it for offline modification, for instance?
Thanks in advance :)

Articulate Teams can adjust the roles for a Rise course. Here is the User Guide article about those collaboration options when working with a Teams license: Rise 360: Work on Content with Other Team Members | Articulate - Community
If you have an individual license, you can send another license holder a copy of a Rise course. This creates 2 separate versions of the course.
As per the Terms of Service, when a license expires, Articulate will keep that user's Rise courses for up to 6 months. After that, the courses are permanently deleted.
- To me, the inability to keep the source without keeping a license is one of the biggest drawbacks of Rise.
If you publish a course, you can keep those files as long as you want to. However, you can't edit those files.
