Rise quiz feedback not showing
Hi
I have an issue whith Rise Quiz related to the questions feedback. I've setup Correct/Incorrect feedback in the quiz, but the feedback doesn't appears unless the quiz option "Reveal answers" is marked "on". However, I don' want to show the learners the correct option after the submission (unless the learner have marked the correct one...)
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance
Hi folks! Now you can make quizzes more challenging. Show learners feedback without revealing correct answers! Find out how in this article. Enjoy!

We are getting a lot of complaints from customers and employees about training participants not being able to see if they got a question right or wrong on our Certification exams. We don't want to turn on the answers; however, if someone doesn't pass they don't know what questions they missed. Any assistance on updating the quiz feature would be great.
Hi there, Victoria. The current feature request we're tracking is to allow for feedback after each question without showing the correct answer. Would that cover your needs, or do you envision a review of incorrectly answered questions at the end of the quiz in Rise 360?

Yesterday my course showed the correct answer with a box around like above. Today the box is around my incorrect answer but I still get feedback? What changed? is there a new setting to show the correct answer?
Great question, Derick!
This quick video explains what you should see when you make a correct or incorrect selection in a Rise 360 quiz.
Let me know if that answers your question!

That is good to know. Makes sense. I apologize for the delay but thank you for taking the time to create a video response! Well done.

Hi Alyssa. I really, really need to have the user NOT see the correct answer when they've answered a question incorrectly. Can you give us an update on where this is in the pipeline??
Hi there, Matthew. In the quiz settings, you can turn off the option to Reveal Answers. This choice will also hide feedback.

Hi Crystal. We want to the user to see the hints / feedback, but not be able to see the answers. This seems like a much needed fix and I've seen many others request the same thing. Is something like this in your queue??
Hello, Matthew. We are tracking this request, but it isn't something that's on our immediate roadmap. We'll let you know here if that changes!

Thanks for tracking it. Based on all of the comments / threads regarding this, hopefully it'll get bumped up in priority as it's not a good UX for a lot of courses.

What is going on with this? It seems more like a bug than a "feature request" - why hasn't this been addressed yet? Why even give us the option of providing question-level feedback if it won't work without giving away the answer?
Hi, Angela. I hear your concerns, and I'll let you know here if this changes!

Hi
I would like to keep this request on the radar
My preference would be a slide option (on/off) in the settings to "display feedback".
This would be an additional setting to the "reveal answers" slide option
The display feedback would just show if the answer is correct or incorrect
Thanks

Good Morning,
Thanks for the feedback on the quiz updates. I would love to see those options and evolve the quizzes to make them more flexible.
I appreciate your help.
Have a great day!
Thanks for your requests, folks. We're keeping an eye on this discussion thread, and we'll let you know if we add features like these in the future!

Yep; count me in for this request, too!
We've had to revert to a Storyline block to achieve the desired outcome, but it would be preferable to have Rise quiz feedback and review functionality work natively in Rise the same way as it does in Storyline.
