Rise Review Comments Not Pulling Through to Next Version of Same Review Link
We have a Rise course where comments were added in the Review link, the course was published to review (to the same Review link) and the comments that were added in Version 3 did not show in Version 4 of the same Review link. Has that happened to anyone before? And the review comments were not deleted or resolved.

Is this issue resolved? I am also facing the same issue, Comments added to the review link did not show in the latest version of the review
Hi Deepak!
Sorry to hear you've also run into this setback!
We are still tracking the bug that causes feedback to be overwritten when publishing an update of an existing Review item. I've linked this discussion to the bug report and will share updates as soon as a fix is in place.
Thank you for your patience. Sorry if this has been slowing you down!

I am experiencing an issue with my project where I'm losing comments upon updating versions, and I'm unable to share or download these comments. The course was originally shared with me by a colleague, and when I created a new version, the notes were accessible via a dropdown menu. However, reviewers are now unable to view these notes. Could you please assist in diagnosing this problem? It seems to be related to the versioning and sharing settings, and I'm unsure if it's because it's a shared project. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Having the same problem. It appears that after Rise files were transferred to me by a colleague (on the same account), when I "publish" to Review360 any comments in Rise disappear not only from the Review copy but now also from the Rise file. Not good at all. Will start support ticket.
Hi Lon!
I just replied to your other post, here!

FYI for others who have issues with disappearing comments from Rise and Review, in the case where this follows after a transfer of ownership of a course from one author to a new one.
Information from Articulate support:
"...when someone transfers ownership of Rise courses to another user, the original Review 360 items' ownership are not transferred and will remain with the original owner of the course. This is the reason why you can only find the new comments and not the previous ones when the new owner publishes the course. Previous Review 360 items' comments will always reside in the previous owner's Review 360 dashboard."
Note, this also means that any comments that were visible in the Rise file after ownership was transferred WILL DISAPPEAR the first time the new owner publishes a new Review update. (It will start a new Review file, with no comments, and therefore the old comments, associated with the previous Review file, are not longer pulled in.) Note that comments still exist if you have the link to the previous Review file, but that Review file will not show up in the new owners dashboard.Further from Support: "Ownership of Review 360 items cannot be transferred, unless you remove the original author from a seat and assign the content to another user. "
- This seems to suggest a workaround to avoid losing comments. I assume this is something that must be done by the account admin, but I'm clarifying that.

For the record, confirmation from Articulate support of the recommended procedure for transferring ownership of Review course content (without losing all comments) along with Rise content. This is applicable when the person transferring the ownership is leaving the organization. The only way to maintain the comments in Review, it appears is for the admin to remove the original owner from the account, which allows transferring all of their content.
"Regarding the transferring of the ownership of the Review 360 items, this can be done by an admin in your subscription. They'll need to remove the owner from a seat and the admin will have to choose another user to transfer ALL the owner's online content (Rise 360 and Review 360) to. This is ideal if you'd like to remove a user who has left your organization or will no longer work on Articulate 360 content."
I was unable to find any information about this so thought I'd document it here at least.
