Rise Storyline Block import Stuck in Processing

Sorry to hear you've also run into setbacks with Storyline Blocks from your Rise lesson!

Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps my teammate Hazel shared, earlier in the discussion?     Is there any reason why this is working in incognito window? Is there an explanation I can provide for my clients?

      Thanks for reaching out. Typically, if an issue is resolved by viewing a course in an incognito window, it's likely related to the browser settings, not the course itself. If this is the case, clearing their browser cache may help.
