Rise: White Screen of Death with Chrome
We have been having issues with users who have to log back into a Rise course (in Workday), encounter a blank white screen, and cannot proceed, even after logging out and back in.
We have tried SCORM 2004, ed4; ed 2 and 1.2. We have also tried to reset the learner's progress to no avail.
Likely this is more of a Chrome issue, but if anyone else is experiencing this and has found a solution, please let me know!

Thank Karl. I saw that thread. Unfortunately, none of those fixes are working for us..

Hi Brian,
So sorry to hear you're seeing this issue. Do your users encounter the issue everytime they resume a course or does it only happen with they view a course that has been updated?
Also, could you try uploading your course in SCORM Cloud and see if you are able to replicate the issue? Let us know how it goes!

It seems that if they exit before completing the course, come back, and are on chrome, they get a white screen. We are still on version 1 of this course because, with our LMS, we wipe out all in-progress students if we version before they are done.
And it also seems to be just Rise courses affected.

I will try with SCORM cloud as well though. Good advice!
