Rise xAPI resume not restoring lesson completion state on custom xAPI LRS
Hi everyone,
We're running into a consistent issue with Rise 360 xAPI packages on resume and wanted to see if others have experienced this or found a workaround.

I think the only way you are going to be able to figure this out is to turn on DEBUG and track all transactions between the content and the LRS and then look for differences between your LRS data and SCORM Cloud. It is possible your LRS is handling and formatting data differently.
I'm quite confident that there is a DEBUG variable that can be switched on in the published files that will output data to a new window.
I'm not at my desktop computer now, but if you are comfortable with JS, just search for debug in the published files and you should be able to track down the variable and function to determine how to switch debug on.
I've used in the past for SCORM troubleshooting, but it's the same variable for all APIs.
