Rise360 - Save progress/Save and exit option
Which SCORM version are you using when publishing? If you are using SCORM 1.2 you may have exceeded the suspend data limits.
Hi KarlMuller I had used SCORM 1.2. I republished to SCROM 2004 v. 4 and added it back into the LMS and the resume feature works throughout all 35 lessons now. Thank you for bringing this option up for me.

Hi, KarlMuller, I have the same issue, where a learner is working through a RISE 360 course on my LMS. If the learner closes the course window and then returns to the course a short time later, they do return to the top of the section the existed, but the previous sections that they completed no longer show as completed. I saved the course as SCORM 2004 V4, per the recommendation above, but it did not change save information to my LMS of the section the learner completed. Is there another setting I need to consider?

Hi crobinso!
It sounds like your LMS is not storing learner progress as expected! Sorry to hear that, but I'm happy to help!
When running into LMS inconsistencies, we suggest testing the published output in SCORM Cloud. Using a sample Rise 360 course, previous lessons I completed were still marked as complete when closing and relaunching the course in the test environment. If your course retains learner progress as expected in SCORM Cloud, the issue is likely LMS-related. In which case, your LMS administrator should be able to help with next steps.
However, if your course also fails to retain progress when testing in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case. We'll be glad to take a closer look at your course and troubleshoot further.
Let me know how it goes!
