Rise360 - Setting a thumbnail on video
I've searched and found quite a few discussions on this topic, but all are several years old so I'm posing the question again.
Can you set a video thumbnail when adding video content in a Rise360 course?
Nearly all my videos have a fade-in at the beginning so I really need to either select from a spot in the video or just upload a separate image as the thumbnail.

Being able to customize your video thumbnails has already been submitted as a feature request. We are continuing to track this request. I'm adding your voice to the report. This conversation will be updated when there are any updates on this issue.

Has there been an update to this? It's crazy that this request was made YEARS ago and on MANY different threads and yet still no resolution. I am uploading videos that show black screen with white play button. We really need the ability to upload a thumbnail.
Add me to the list too! Right now our videos aren't even showing the first frame as the start image which has been our workaround for years.
