Yes, we've seen similar Safari-specific issues with Rise 360 courses. Since the course works for most users and in other browsers, the problem is likely related to Safari settings, cached data, browser extensions, or iOS/macOS version differences rather than the course itself.
A few things to check:
- Safari and iOS/macOS versions for affected users.
- Whether Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is enabled.
- Any content blockers, ad blockers, or privacy extensions.
- Clearing Safari cache, cookies, and website data.
- Testing in a private browsing window.
- Whether the course is launched in an iframe within Brightspace, as Safari can be more restrictive with embedded content.
The "A problem repeatedly occurred" message is often Safari's generic page-crash error, which can be triggered by memory issues, script conflicts, or browser restrictions. Gathering device details from affected users will likely help identify a common factor.
