Saving text field input data

Hi,

I'm very new to storyline 360 so apologies if this has already been answered somewhere else!

Is there a way for me to collect user input data, such as from a text field, so that I can analyze it at a later date and/or allows the learner to resume the e-learning course at a later date with input data still visible/editable?
