I'm looking forward to the suggestions you will receive from our talented community members! In the meantime, I wanted to offer some resources and an idea that might work if you don't need to track or report their choices (which can still be done but will require additional items).
You can accomplish what you're looking for in different ways, but likely using variables and states. Here are some links to teach you about those building blocks:

I am also attaching a .story file with a suggestion:
- Each scenario can be a different slide with a number variable attached to it.
- Each option would change the variable to either 1, 2, or 3.
- On the results slide, you can change the state of the textbox that shows the option chosen and if it's optimal/less optimal depending on the value of the variable.
