ScorePoints/ScorePercentage

I've created a gamified assessment, in which you will get flip question options after answering six questions correctly. When you select a flip question, 10 marks are deducted from the marks you have earned so far and if you answer the flipped question correctly, you get 5 marks. So how do I reflect this marking in ScorePercentage or ScorePoints? Does anyone have any Javascript tricks on this?

Can we control ScorePoint or ScorePercentage through JavaScript?
