Create a One-Shot D&D Campaign using Rise360
Hello everyone. So I have an odd question that I thought someone might have some experience in.
I want to create a D&D One-Shot campaign using Rise360. I've never used Rise before, but I understand that it's the slimmed down version of Storyline (which I have experience using). I know that it may take some creative work-arounds, but do you think it's possible to do this? Here are the basic elements that I'd want incorporated:
- Learner chooses their character - there will be stats already created for each of the 5 characters.
- The characters not chosen will be the NPC and follow a prescribed set of triggers.
- There will be "dice checks" throughout the campaign where maybe a random number generator is used to simulate the dice, and then based off of the character's stats and the dice roll a certain outcome happens.
What do you think? Am I missing something? Is this even possible?

That's possible in Storyline, but Rise doesn't have the functionality for that.
Rise isn't "a slimmed down version of Storyline." Storyline is a slide-based, desktop app that allow for a lot of customization. Rise is a cloud-based app with pre-programmed "blocks" for text and interactions.
