Videos not uploading in Rise360
We're having an issue where videos we're uploading into our training are not finishing "processing." They just get stuck there for up to an hour before I've given up and moved on to building other parts of my training. I found an old forum post that had this problem, and it was suggested to clear the cache. I did this, and it has not helped. I'm currently working in the most recent version of Firefox, and could use Chrome or Edge, if we think browser is the issue, or if there's some other issue I'm not addressing, I'd love some help.

Happy to help!If you're having difficulties when uploading content into Rise 360 courses, there's a possibility that your network is blocking the uploads from successfully completing. To fix this, please ask your network admin to add all the endpoints listed in this article to your network's allow list:
