Disable Looping Videos in Rise360

Hey Folx, does anyone know if there is a way to disable a video from looping in RISE360? I have a series of videos that will continue playing with sound even when you are no longer on that "page." The video continues to play overlapping the sound from the next video.

    I understand your videos are continuing to play as move through the course, causing the audio to overlap. I'm happy to help and have a few clarifying questions.

    • Which browser you're using? Does this happen with multiple browsers?
    • Which type of block are you using?

    Can you use the Share link to share your course here or privately in a support case? We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
